NO SURPRISES AT CHECKOUT

Ohrangutang Studio may offer a monthly auto-renewing subscription, an annual auto-renewing subscription, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. A free trial or introductory price may appear for eligible users. Availability varies by platform, region, account history, and release.

The purchase screen identifies the included features, billing period, trial, price, currency, and taxes before you confirm. We do not charge your card directly for an app-store purchase.

Payment is charged to the store account you use to confirm the purchase. A subscription automatically renews for the displayed billing period unless it is canceled before the store’s deadline. The store may charge within the period stated in its terms before renewal. Failed payment, account restrictions, price-consent requirements, or store rules may interrupt access.

Deleting the app, changing devices, or emailing us does not cancel a store subscription. Manage it through the same store account that purchased it.

Trial eligibility and duration are shown at checkout and determined by the store. Unless canceled before the deadline, a trial converts to the paid subscription displayed on the confirmation screen. Unused trial time may end when you purchase another tier, where permitted by store rules.

• Apple: open Manage Apple Subscriptions while signed in to the purchasing Apple Account.
• Google Play, when available: open Google Play Subscriptions while signed in to the purchasing Google Account.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Access usually continues through the already-paid period unless the store states otherwise. Mandatory cancellation rights where you live remain available.

Lifetime is a nonconsumable purchase for the identified Ohrangutang Studio tier on the platform where purchased. It means access for the commercial life of that product while we continue to distribute and support it. It is not measured by your natural lifetime and does not promise perpetual operation, every future feature, separate apps, Android access, cloud services, or unrelated products unless the offer expressly includes them.

We will not intentionally convert a completed Lifetime entitlement into a recurring subscription. Platform migration, discontinued operating-system support, legal requirements, or closure of the product may affect availability, subject to nonwaivable law.

Use the app’s restore-purchases control while signed in to the original store account. Restorable purchases depend on the store record and platform rules. A purchase made through one store does not automatically transfer to another store or operating system. If restoration fails, include the app version, platform, approximate purchase date, and non-sensitive store transaction reference in a support email.

App-store purchases are reviewed under the store’s refund rules. For Apple purchases, use Report a Problem. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play refund support. We can help diagnose an entitlement but generally cannot approve or issue a store refund ourselves.

If consumer law gives you a refund, withdrawal, or cancellation right beyond store policy, that right is not limited by this document.

The store will provide any notice or consent required for a subscription-price increase. A new price generally applies to a future billing period, not a completed one. If we discontinue a paid subscription service, we will comply with store requirements, honor access for the applicable paid period where practicable, and provide any notice or remedy required by law.
